Unfortunately it’s 11 minutes — longer than a quick coffee break but shorter than a bad meeting.
In it, I break down my leadership background and approach, so you have a more rounded understanding of me and my services.
Working closely with individuals, teams and organisations to understand their unique needs - from individual coaching and mentoring to organisational development. Designing and delivering customised solutions that make a real difference.
Hi, I’m Mark – a coach, mentor, and consultant with a passion for helping people and organisations grow. Whether it’s guiding leaders through complex change, empowering teams to work more effectively, or helping individuals unlock their potential, I thrive on making a positive impact.
Combining practical experience with proven methodologies.
I bring a wealth of experience across leadership, organisational development, change management, staff engagement, and strategy, gained from working in both the public and private sectors. But what really fuels my work is my love of learning and personal development.
Along the way, I’ve earned a Master’s in Senior Leadership from Lancaster University and hold several professional accreditations, including Chartered Manager (CMgr FCMI) and Level 7 Senior Leadership qualifications.
As a qualified executive and senior level coach and mentor, accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), I work with people at all levels, helping them tackle challenges, embrace growth, and achieve their goals.

Married to a hard working nurse, living in a picturesque village surrounded by a great bunch of people.
A love for the outdoors and a painfully nervous flyer.
Cannot stand any theme park ride that spins, but can just about handle a revolving door.
Likes a good social, but very aware when my social battery needs recharging.
An adaptable introvert who's still getting to grips with social media, and grimaces at any self-proclaiming post of mine.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with my dog, Molly, or diving into a good book on personal development.
The principles that matter most to me, guiding decisions and shaping how I conduct my work practice and live my life:
Trust - the foundation of my work, fostering honesty, reliability, and meaningful connections in everything I do
Service - dedicated to supporting others, putting their growth and needs first, and helping them achieve their goals with care and purpose.
Integrity - doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, and staying true to my values.
Honesty - being truthful, open, and sincere in what I say and do.
Accountability - taking responsibility for my actions and commitments while encouraging others to do the same to achieve their goals.
Transparency - being open, honest, and clear in communication, building trust and understanding with others.
The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) exists to develop, promote and set the expectation of best practice in mentoring, coaching, and supervision globally for the benefit of society.
The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge to ensure fair treatment for those who serve or have served in the armed forces, as well as their families. It recognises their contributions and commits to promoting fairness and respect across communities, the economy, and society.
The Covenant supports serving personnel, veterans, and their families through commitments made by organisations dedicated to making a difference.
As a veteran of HM Armed Forces who has transitioned from both the Army and Policing to 'civvy street,' I understand the challenges of this journey.
Drawing from personal experience and professional expertise, I can offer guidance and support to help navigate this often-difficult process.
Together, we can create meaningful change for those who are and have served.
